TuitionTo ensure you have a high quality experience we limit the number of participants in each class. Early application is suggested to guarantee your place at the barre. Tuition is due in full with your application. Please, do not make flight arrangements before your enrollment is confirmed. If you will not be able to attend for the full camp, we will be glad to prorate tuition per day. Call or email to make prior arrangements. In the event that you must cancel, a partial refund and/or $100 credit will be applicable to a future camp. For cancellations, a refund schedule is presented below. If you wish to move your application to another camp date in the same calendar year, there is a $25 transfer fee. Tuition fees are clearly indicated on the application. Tuition DiscountsCancellation InsuranceUnexpected things happen. Sometimes work, illness and injury get in the way of fun time. Our cancellation insurance is a simple solution. The insurance guarantees that if you have to cancel for any reason you are entitled to a full refund of all tuition paid up until 7 days before camp. After that point you are entitled to a 75% refund of tuition or of the unused portion of that camp. The insurance must be purchased at the time of registration and is nontransferable. However, If you wish to move your application to another camp date in the same calendar year, there is a $25 transfer fee. All refunds will be issued in US dollars. EnrollmentTo apply simply download the application pdf from the website, print it, fill it out and make a payment with your application. You will receive an email notification of receipt and a Welcome Packet soon after. The Welcome Packet is filled with information regarding hotel reservations, our camp instructors, roommate connection, directions, items to bring, parking, shuttle service, restaurants, photography services and massage. It will make your planning easy and will be sent to you via email. Welcome Packets will not be ready until the end of March 2010. About two weeks before camp you will receive a class schedule as well. Make A PaymentTo make an online payment go to the Payment page. Refund PolicyWhen you sign up for Sun King Dance Camp and register for classes, services are removed from our inventory and considered sold to you. We make financial plans based upon the revenues we expect to achieve from your full performance of the camp. It is impossible for us to know in advance whether or under what circumstances we would be able to resell your spot in any classes for which you have signed up. In most cases, when you cancel within the last 10 days before camp, sun king dance is unable to resell your spot. For these reasons, in the event of cancellation, refunds shall be distributed as follows: Full Day Students
If you are injured before camp we will allow you to drop back to a half-day without penalty up until the Saturday before camp begins. You will receive a refund for the difference. Short Day and All Ballet Students
Camp CancellationIn the unlikely event that Sun King Dance must cancel the session for which you are registered, you will have the option for a refund, or for a credit towards any camp session for which there is availability in the same year or the following year. Sun King Dance's liability in any event shall be limited to a full refund of all funds paid by you for the canceled session.
